Who We Are
Sadigh Capital is a private family office based in Los Angeles. We deploy our own capital across real estate, private credit, ventures, and special situations. No outside investors, no fund structure, no intermediaries.
That independence is the point. We answer to ourselves, move on our own timeline, and make decisions based on fundamentals — not fundraising pressure or quarterly reporting.
Built by an Operator
Our investment approach comes from decades of building and running businesses — wholesale distribution, e-commerce, logistics, real estate, and private lending. We've managed inventory, negotiated leases, hired teams, and navigated downturns firsthand.
That operating background shapes everything: how we underwrite, how we structure deals, and where we see value that spreadsheet investors miss. We know what it takes to actually run the assets we buy.
Permanent Capital, Patient Execution
We have no exit clock. No fund lifecycle forcing us to sell. When we buy something, we hold it as long as the economics make sense — years, decades, indefinitely.
That patience is a structural advantage. We can be countercyclical when others are forced sellers, creative when deals need time to work, and selective when nothing meets our bar.
